Integrated Plan
The building plan included five structures that are similar but separated from each other. This building has some shared spaces, but the selected space is the southern backyard of the apartment that can be used by our design to separate this space via the other southern floors.
The same backyard of southern blocks: the same points of this building comes from a vila house. This vila height is 3 meters, and because of the gap between these two buildings, the light cant be prevented. The light space yard can provide the space for blowing the wind that continues we discuss it. The western side of this building is a free space. as this project was designed in Ahvaz city, and because of dusty weather, this wind can make a great space to transmit the weather. By providing this design, we can solve the problem of attacking dusty weather in the houses.
Joints Architecture Design, Panel and Exterior Wall
The structure that designed for outer wall and back yard, is an active structure and mechanical one. We used more than 170 mechanical windows that cover the surface of yard and some enormous structure like atrium for free space.
These windows are located to guide the sunlight into the space and this light directly comes and touches the outer building wall.
In inner wall we designed some green wall. The wall that plants can grow naturally by light nourishing and drop irrigation system as we talk about that in future.
Detail Design, Green Wall
Green walls are included by: green surfaces that decorate the structures. Green walls can make better quality by their performance because they act like isolation for light and temperature. Someones believe 50% of warming energy can be reduced by this technology.
Green walls also act by making space more beautiful. These walls can help us to increase the amount of beautiful and isolated structures. Also help to use dead space to create a better atmosphere, reducing pollution and making more oxygen. On another side, designing structures with these green walls can increase fermentation and manage floods and rainwater.
Green beds can make great conditions for living birds, insects, and all alive animals. as a matter of fact, soil beds and plant covering can provide normal conditions for animal living.in this situation, we can see a great sight and also standard space for some animals like a lizard to feed the other unuseful insects.
Drip irrigation system for green wall
Drip irrigation system designed for nourishing the green walls. An important source that apartments do not usually use. is to irrigate these walls. The main source is the split air conditioner extra water that produces approximately 5 to 7 liters. Also, if we calculate for 20 blocks, we can see a big amount, something like 100 to 150 liters of water. We can use this water to irrigate the green walls. Through this act, we can avoid unneseccery consumption of water and also use water sources better.
Window Mechanism
On the window, we installed a photocell. These sensors act so that when the light splashes in, arms move the opening windows, and when the sun goes down, they will close. We can control them by hand.
